• What is the Delivery date?
  Our goods are delivered within 3-10 working days, after confirmation of order. P.S Applies only in condition of stock availability.
• Can I track my order?
  Upon shipment, a unique tracking number will sent to you for easy tracking. All orders will be shipped via PosLaju with trackable service to ensure that you will receive your orders safely and on time.

Outside Malaysia

We deliver to all the locations in the world that our shipping provider covers.

• Is International delivery available?
  Yes, we do deliver internationally.
  DeChronos does not deliver on public holidays and weekends.
  Ensure that and authorized adult is at the shipping address at the time of delivery to sign for your package. DeChronos does not hold any responsibility for lost or stolen package in condition where an unauthorized adult signs and accepts the delivery or nobody is found at the shipping address,
  Once the order is received and accepted DeChronos does not hold responsibility for lost or damaged product. The carrier will accept the signature of receptionist and similar if delivery address is of an office or hotel etc.
  P.S:FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Box or mailbox addresses.
• Do you allow changing the mailing address?
  If such scenario arise make sure you email us within 24hours of receiving the tracking number. Re-routing charges apply by the shipping company.
• Do I have to pay any duties or taxes?
  The customer is responsible and liable for all custom duties, import tax, broker fees or other possible additional custom handling charges. Duties and import taxes are only applicable to certain countries. Please check with your local custom department for these possible charges.
