Warranty

All repairs carry a 24-month warranty on parts and labour. Warranty covers defects in workmanship or parts failure under normal use. Damage from impact, water ingress (unless due to our error), or unauthorised modifications is not covered.

Assessment & Quotes

Initial assessments are free. Detailed quotes are provided after inspection. Work begins only after your approval of the quoted price.

Payment

Payment is due upon collection of your watch. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards.

Unclaimed Watches

Watches left unclaimed for 90 days after service completion may incur storage fees. After 180 days, watches may be disposed of or sold to recover costs.
