Standard quartz battery replacement at DeChronos starts from RM 40. Luxury brands with complex case backs (Rolex, Omega, Cartier) range from RM 80–150 including gasket check.
Mechanical watches every 3-5 years. Quartz watches every 5-7 years. Luxury brands may have specific intervals — Rolex recommends 10 years for modern models, Omega suggests 5-8 years.
Yes. Our certified watchmakers service Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, Tag Heuer, Cartier, and other luxury brands using genuine or OEM-equivalent parts. All repairs carry a 24-month warranty.
Most battery replacements are completed same-day, often within 30 minutes. We also inspect and replace gaskets to maintain water resistance.
Yes — if the watch has sentimental value, is a quality brand, or would cost more to replace. Vintage watches often appreciate after professional restoration. We offer free assessments to help you decide.
We use genuine manufacturer parts where available. For discontinued or vintage models, we source high-quality OEM-equivalent parts that meet original specifications.
We test water resistance after any service that involves opening the case. If gaskets are replaced and the case passes pressure testing, water resistance is restored to manufacturer specifications.
All repairs carry a 24-month warranty on parts and labour. This covers any issues related to the work performed. Damage from impact or misuse is not covered.
Appointments are recommended for full services and overhauls. Walk-ins are welcome for battery replacements and quick assessments.
Standard automatic service: 7-14 days. Luxury overhauls: 14-21 days. Vintage restoration: 3-6 weeks depending on parts availability.
